For those customers with allergies to milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, or soy please be advised that all products are produced in a facility where these ingredients are handled.
Please take that into consideration when deciding to place an order.

While our mini macarons are made with almond flour, our bakehouse is not allergen-free. Because of airborne flour and shared equipment, we recommend that guests with nut or flour allergies avoid our products.

We only use fish gelatins in our recipes.

We source our flour from a local mill and unbromated, unbleached, and not enriched.

We do not currently offer any desserts or pastries that are free from eggs. Because we are a French-style patisserie, many of our core components, such as tart shells, biscuits, choux, mousses, and laminated doughs, rely heavily on eggs for structure, texture, and stability.
Our loaves of bread with the exception of our Brioche do not contain eggs, however there is a possibility of cross contamination.

We suggest you start the preordering process within three weeks of your event.
Payment must be accepted within a week of your event.

In order to secure your date, the team and the product, we require a 25% deposit and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

Yes, we ask that you order a minimum of 10 - 12 items per mini dessert, croissant, or sandwich.

You can pick up your order at your chosen Cannelle store, any time after opening.

Yes, we do, but there is a fee, and we provide a window of time, but not a specific time unless specified.

Pastries & Cakes - YES, we recommend arranging your dessert table as close to serving time as possible to maintain freshness. They should be consumed after sitting out for a maximum of 2 hours at room temperature and cannot be returned to the fridge.
Croissants - NO, but we suggest picking them up on the day of your event and consuming them promptly for optimal freshness.
